If DearKind Walk is not right for you, you may request a refund within 15 calendar days of the original purchase date. This guarantee applies to the initial one-time DearKind Walk purchase shown at checkout.
How to request a refund
Contact account@dearkindpets.com from the address used for your purchase. Include your purchase email and, if available, the Stripe transaction or receipt reference. You do not need to provide a lengthy justification.
How refunds are processed
Payments for the currently available offer are processed through Stripe. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear can vary by payment method, bank and country.
Access after a refund
When a full refund is completed, DearKind may remove the paid entitlement associated with that purchase. Account or dog data may be retained only where necessary for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Consumer rights
This 15-day guarantee is an additional DearKind policy. It does not reduce any cancellation, refund or statutory rights that you may have under applicable consumer law. Where local law gives you broader rights, those rights continue to apply.
